Congratulations go to Santosh Rai who has been awarded Goldcrest Guarding Employee of the Year 2021.
Santosh works at for one of our clients at their head office in Winchester. In his role as Security Officer he carries out duties such as site lock and unlock, reception duties, welcoming visitors, dealing with contractors, assisting facilities department with admin duties, dealing with deliveries and post.
Santosh joined Goldcrest in March 2020 and has since proved to be an asset to our company and our client. On announcing Santosh as the employee of the year, Lee Cooksey, Goldcrest Managing Director said;
During 2021, Santosh has had to adjust to changing working hours due to the Covid’s restrictions on staff and businesses. Santosh has done so without question and during this time his turnout, performance and attitude has been consistently presented at an exemplary level.
